Condition very good. Bolt action in original military configuration with detachable magazine. 30″ barrel with very good bore and adjustable military sights. Barleycorn ramp front and ladder style elevation adjustable rear sight. Good original arsenal metal finish with some brown patina and standard use wear. Matching bolt and receiver numbers. Retains original correct box magazine with chain link, magazine cut-off, dust cover and volley sights. Walnut stocks with brass butt plate and crisp cartouche. Made in 1899.
