Condition very good.  Bolt action with detachable magazine.  24″ barrel with excellent bore and factory BOSS muzzle break/accurizing feature.  Polished gloss blue barrel and receiver with some light use marks and some light use wear.  Engraved receiver sides with Gold inlay, gold plated trigger and tang safety.  Figured, checkered walnut stock with factory recoil pad, cheek piece, palm swell, rosewood caps, sling swivel studs and added leather sling.  Comes with a period Bushnell Elite 3-9x40mm scope on Leupold mounts.
