Condition excellent. Classic custom stocked bolt action rifle with hinged floorplate. 24″ barrel with excellent bore and open sights. Ivory bead dovetail ramp front sight and three leaf flip down rear sight. Immaculate polished gloss reblue with a few tiny use marks. Mauser 98 style action with control round feed, jewelled claw extractor and wing style bolt shroud safety. Perfect, figured Claro walnut custom restock by Eddie Vonatzigan of Peterborough Ontario. Hand cut checkering, Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad, cheek piece, palm swell engraved steel grip cap with matching engraved steel floorplate, sling swivel studs and filled grain satin oil finish. Comes with a Leupold (likely fake) VX-III 1.5-5x20mm scope on custom Leupold quick release style mounts. Made in 1950.
