The NitroFire® is the only muzzleloader on the market that uses the Federal Premium® Firestick™. This .50 caliber muzzleloader features a 26" ultralight chromoly steel fluted and tapered barrel with 1:28" twist rifling and Dual Safety System.
The NitroFire® is equipped with Traditions™ new Elite XT™ trigger system, designed with a rebounding hammer and a manual cross block trigger safety. The Elite XT™ trigger allows the action to be broken open with the cross bolt safety engaged, allowing you to load or unload your muzzleloader and view the chamber.
Uses the NEW Firestick™ from Federal Premium™ - an encapsulated powder charge that is impervious to moisture and factory-loaded with the same tight tolerances and quality controls as loaded ammunition. Loaded with Hodgdon® Triple 8 powder for cleaner burning. With no breech plug and cleaner-burning powder, this means less cleaning! An unused Firestick™ can be removed and stored.
